Nano Cinco est le projet de quatre brasseurs amateurs. Il est le fruit d’années d’expérimentation et de créations de recettes. Le terme « nano » est un rappel aux origines de la brasserie qui a d’abord été une nanobrasserie (»brasserie maison») pendant plus de 5 ans.
Nano Cinco se spécialise dans la création d’IPA, de bières sûres, de bières de soifs, de stouts et de bières vieillies en barriques. Notre système se distingue par sa conception qui permet à la fois la production de volume commercial et de petites quantités de bières expérimentales.
