Appearance. Pale straw to light gold (4-6 SRM). Effervescent with a fine-beaded white head that exhibits moderate retention. Slight haze is present, characteristic of an unfiltered wild ale.
Aroma. High intensity; dominant lemony citrus esters and a distinct barnyard funk of wet hay and earth. Significant barrel influence provides toasted oak, vanilla, and a subtle vinous spirit character reminiscent of grape brandy and dried apricots.
