This West Coast interpretation of a German Pils offers a vibrant sensory bridge between European precision and American hop intensity. A bright bouquet of Amarillo and Citra leads with punchy notes of grapefruit and orange zest, supported by the resinous, dank undertones of Comet and both Quebec and New Zealand grown Cascade. While the base provides a delicate, grainy-sweet foundation of Pilsner malt, the profile is dominated by a crisp, assertive bitterness and a dry, flinty finish. It remains exceptionally light and thirst-quenching, marrying the clean fermentation of a traditional lager with the bold aromatic power of a modern IPA.

Appearance. Pale straw to brilliant gold (2–4 SRM). Brilliant clarity. Pours with a dense, creamy white head that exhibits excellent retention and fine lacing.

Aroma. High hop intensity featuring a complex blend of pink grapefruit, citrus zest, and distinct resinous pine. Subtle tropical fruit notes and a hint of floral grassiness. Low grainy-sweet malt aroma serves as a neutral background. Clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Sharp, clean bitterness arrives immediately, carrying flavors of citrus peel and resinous sap. The malt provides a brief flash of cracker-like doughiness before being overtaken by the hop profile. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering, pleasant bitterness. Highly attenuated and refreshing.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, snappy character. High carbonation provides a lively effervescence. No perceived alcohol warmth. Very clean and highly drinkable with a subtle mineral sharpness.
