Con mia grande soddisfazione gli esperimenti prodotti a casa raccolsero ampio consenso, non solo tra amici e consumatori occasionali ma anche tra gli esperti del settore. Qualche anno dopo Kuaska, considerato il massimo esperto italiano di birra belga e da anni attento promotore della birra artigianale italiana nel mondo, mi citò tra i migliori homebrewer italiani, incoraggiandomi ad entrare nel mondo professionale.
Tutto ciò ha alimento la mia passione, al punto che ho deciso di trasformare questa attività in un mestiere, rimanendo però fedele a ciò che in questi anni ha caratterizzato le mie birre: la ricerca per un prodotto di qualità che possa coniugare la tradizione dei più autentici stili di birra con il territorio nel quale sono nato e vissuto.
