This wild Italian Grape Ale presents a sophisticated fusion of viticultural and brewing arts, pouring a vibrant orange hue. The nose is immediately enveloped by fragrant notes of rose and peach in syrup, signaling a complex fermentation profile. On the palate, the beer balances an elegant, bright acidity with a refined sweetness, showcasing layers of apricot, raspberry, and succulent ripe fruit. This expressive fruit character is integrated with a subtle wild funk, characteristic of spontaneous fermentation. The result is a refreshing yet deeply layered experience that highlights the unique aromatic potential of grape must within a traditional malt framework.

Appearance. Orange to copper color (10–14 SRM). Moderate white head with medium-low retention and light lacing. Generally clear, though a slight, natural haze may be present.

Aroma. High aromatic intensity. Distinctive notes of rose petals and peach in syrup. Moderate stone fruit esters of apricot and raspberry are complemented by a light wild character showing as subtle earthy and barnyard notes. Malt is low and neutral; hop aroma is absent.

Taste. Initial impression is a bright, elegant acidity followed by flavors of apricot, raspberry, and ripe stone fruit. The grape-derived character is prominent but balanced by a supportive, low pilsner malt sweetness. Bitterness is low (approx. 10–15 IBU), allowing the fruit and wild fermentation traits to lead. The finish is dry to off-dry, with a clean and lingering fruity aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with high carbonation that enhances the aromatic perception. Crisp acidity provides a refreshing, mouth-watering sensation. Light alcohol warmth is present but well-integrated.
