Fondée en 1900 à Bruxelles, cette brasserie familiale se distingue par son engagement à préserver les méthodes de brassage traditionnelles. La Cantillon Iris, bien que rare, est l'une de leurs créations les plus appréciées par les amateurs de bières artisanales. Caractéristiques de la Cantillon Iris Style : Lambic, une bière à fermentation spontanée. Couleur : Ambrée, avec des reflets dorés. Ingrédients : 100% de malt d'orge Pale Ale (contrairement aux autres lambics qui contiennent du blé). Houblons frais et houblons vieillies, ce qui donne à la bière un caractère distinctif. Pas d'ajout de fruits (contrairement à d'autres lambics de Cantillon). Profil de Dégustation Arômes : Notes de fleurs sauvages, agrumes, herbes fraîches, et un caractère boisé.
