Il nostro percorso nel mondo della birra artigianale parte dalla creazione di una brew firm. In questo modo, affiancandoci ad un birraio di esperienza comprovata, abbiamo cominciato a testare la bontà della nostra “idea” di birra sul mercato. In virtù del buon consenso ottenuto con le vendite e nel corso di eventi importanti e grazie alla crescita della domanda di birra artigianale sul territorio nazionale, a fine 2014 abbiamo deciso di fare “il grande salto” aprendo un vero birrificio nella nostra città. A metà 2015 di fatto nasce il birrificio Eastside Brewing.
Il cammino di Eastside Brewing è frutto di una lunga serie di esperienze e sperimentazioni che nel tempo ci hanno portato ad amare e creare birre dalla forte connotazione aromatica. L’amore per la tradizione unito alla voglia di sperimentare nuovi ingredienti e tecniche di produzione, ma soprattutto la ferma volontà di essere originali, è evidente in tutte le nostre ricette.
La nostra “missione” è diffondere la conoscenza e l’amore per la birra artigianale nel nostro Paese da sempre considerato esclusivamente come la nazione del vino, riteniamo infatti che le nostre birre siano una valida alternativa viste le loro qualità organolettiche di assoluto livello.La nostra “visione” invece è un paese in cui la birra ottenga il giusto posizionamento nel panorama enogastronomico, grazie a produzioni con standard qualitativi sempre più elevati.
Il nostro lavoro prevede l’utilizzo di materie prime selezionate, il monitoraggio del processo produttivo ed il meticoloso rispetto dei tempi tecnici di fermentazione e di maturazione. Dedichiamo estrema attenzione a tutte le fasi di lavorazione ed ai minimi particolari, perché siamo certi che tutto ciò farà distinguere le nostre birre dalla massa delle nuove proposte.
La nostra produzione si compone varie tipologie di birre. Prediligiamo le birre di stampo U.S.A. ad alto impatto aromatico, ma siamo anche saldamente legati alle tradizioni brassicole del Belgio e delle Isole Britanniche. Fondamentalmente non abbiamo paura di cimentarci in nessuno stile birrario, pertanto tra le fila delle nostre birre troverete proposte che vanno dalle Sour Ale alla frutta più profumate alle Strong Ale di nicchia che produciamo in pochissimi a livello nazionale, passando per le Imperial Stout più estreme. Il nostro limite è solo la fantasia…
Nel corso dell’anno daremo vita a produzioni sempre nuove, frutto di idee del momento o di collaborazioni con altri colleghi e vi informeremo di ogni novità attraverso i nostri canali social. La realizzazione di birre sempre diverse e sempre più pulite e tecnicamente valide è la benzina che tiene viva la fiamma della nostra passione…
