This opulent Baltic Porter presents a masterclass in barrel integration, having matured for 26 months across bourbon and Grand Cru Bordeaux barrels before a final rest in French whisky casks. The result is a viscous, obsidian-hued elixir where deep notes of black cherry and vinous tannins meet charred oak and toasted marshmallow. Decadent layers of Chocolate and aromatic Vanilla intertwine with a savory-sweet Salted Caramel finish that lingers on the palate. Despite its immense strength, it maintains a laggered elegance, balancing rich Munich malt depth with a complex, spirit-forward warmth that defines this ambitious, dessert-leaning interpretation.

Appearance. Opaque dark brown with deep ruby highlights (30+ SRM). Crowned by a thick, persistent tan head with significant oily lacing due to the high alcohol and adjunct content.

Aroma. High intensity. A complex bouquet of dark chocolate, Madagascar vanilla, and buttery caramel is layered over a rich malt base of molasses and licorice. Barrel-derived notes of toasted oak, bourbon, and a vinous, Port-like quality from the Bordeaux casks are prominent, complemented by dark fruit esters of plum and black cherry. No hop aroma.
