Delirium Nocturnum is a masterful Belgian Dark Strong Ale, offering a deep and warming sensory journey. It pours a striking dark chocolate brown with a dense, creamy head. The aroma is a complex tapestry of rich caramel, mocha, and toasted nuts, punctuated by distinctive notes of coriander and licorice. On the palate, the influence of chocolate malt and roasted malt creates a sturdy backbone, delivering decadent flavors of dark fruit and cocoa.
