This deep amber Doppelbock showcases a sophisticated departure from tradition by employing Oak Smoke Malt rather than beechwood. The resulting aroma is a multi-layered, smooth wood-smoke profile that avoids aggressive intensity, revealing subtle nuances of toasted timber. Appearance. Deep amber to coppery-brown (18-22 SRM); clear with excellent clarity; features a large, creamy, long-lasting tan-colored head with significant lacing.
