Prima di essere un birrificio 61100 era solo il vecchio CAP della città. C’era quel codice quando quattro amici, poco più che ragazzini, assaggiammo la nostra prima birra, venticinque anni fa. C’era quello nel 1998, quando noi quattro diventammo “Home Brewer”, quelli che si fanno la birra in casa. Nel 2009 il CAP è cambiato. Noi siamo rimasti quello che eravamo.
