Lo nuestro es la pasión por el buen sabor y la buena música; en B&B no se nos ocurre mejor binomio para el éxito. Y aspiramos a la excelencia en la calidad. Por eso, únicamente contamos con materias primas naturales en nuestros procesos de elaboración y perfeccionamos la fermentación natural. Prescindimos de la pasteurización, los aditivos y los conservantes, y nos quedamos con el buen hacer artesano.
Os invitamos a que disfrutéis de nuestras cervezas y bebidas artesanas elaboradas a orillas del Mediterráneo. Premiadas repetidamente en certámenes nacionales e internacionales, nuestro mayor éxito siempre será que os gusten.
En vísperas del décimo aniversario de B&B y con 18 galardones nacionales e internacionales a nuestras espaldas, nos hemos renovado. Por un lado, nos presentamos con una nueva imagen corporativa y una actualización de las etiquetas. Por otro, apostamos más que nunca por la innovación y por la búsqueda constante de aquellos productos que el mercado y los consumidores demandan.
Pioneros en la elaboración de cerveza artesana sin alcohol y de Hard Seltzer en la Comunitat Valenciana y España, hoy mantenemos cuatro referencias de cerveza que tienen una gran acogida en el público cervecero y también entre el neófito. Su producción es permanente y su receta, por ahora, es invariable porque así lo quiere el consumidor.
En B&B completamos estas referencias sobradamente competentes, con las personales elaboraciones de nuestra maestra cervecera, Cristina Sáez (**), que puede llegar a crear una distinta cada mes en nuestras instalaciones gracias al potencial de su ingenio. Su producción, por ser “de autor”, es limitada y única. Salen al mercado bajo la denominación "Unplugged"
Por último, está la familia de las “sin alcohol”. Empezamos en 2019 con una Pale Ale premiada en el BBF 2020, luego ha venido una IPA y seguiremos con más estilos. Después, el tiempo dirá. En B&B pretendemos que beber cerveza, al margen de la que escojáis, siempre sea un placer.
Y si buscáis algo distinto, os invitamos a probar RAD, nuestro hard-seltzer. Bebida fermentada con sabor y burbujas, con algo de graduación alcohólica y muy pocas calorías. Un refresco natural, sin química ni aditivos, que sigue la elaboración cuidada y artesanal de nuestras cervezas. Porque en B&B os escuchamos y, si nos lo pedís, os lo servimos.

Brewing since 2011, the biggest producers in the Comunidad Valenciana. We sold in 2019 153.000 litres and we are pioneers in production of non-alcoholic beers and hard seltzer.
We are committed to innovation and research in order to professionally satisfy the market demands. We brew using natural ingredients and according to craft processes. We get rid of: pasteurization, chemicals and cheap substitutes.
We currently produce four references that are very well received by the brewing public and also by the neophyte. Their production is permanent and their recipe is unchanged for the time being, because that is what the consumer wants.
Separate mention for the "non-alcoholic" family. We began with a Pale Ale and continued with an IPA, the Celestial Sin, awarded in the Innova category of the Valencia Community Craftsmanship Awards 2020. We continue with more styles. Our aim is that drinking beer, regardless of which one you choose, will always be a pleasure.
We complete these references with the Unplugged elaborations of our master brewer, Cristina Sáez (**), who can create a different one every month in our facilities, thanks to the potential of her ingenuity. As she is an "author", her production is limited and unique.
