B&B Domino is a vibrant Hazy IPA that pours a turbid, hazy yellow, capturing the essence of a tropical juice blend. The sensory experience is led by an intense dry-hop profile featuring Idaho 7 and El Dorado, which unleash saturated notes of pineapple, stone fruit, and zesty citrus. On the palate, the hop-forward character mimics tropical fruit nectar, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone that provides structure without competing. A restrained bitterness ensures a smooth, approachable profile, while the medium body carries a gentle sweetness into the finish, expertly integrating the 7% ABV for a lush, refreshing mouthfeel.

Appearance. SRM 4. Opaque and hazy yellow with a luminous quality. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity tropical bouquet. Idaho 7 contributes distinct layers of ripe mango and stone fruit, while El Dorado adds notes of pineapple and pear. Very low, clean, grainy malt presence in the background. Neutral fermentation with no harsh alcohol or buttery notes.

Taste. Massively hop-forward with flavors of tropical fruit juice. Idaho 7 and El Dorado provide a complex melange of pineapple, melon, and citrus. Low perceived bitterness is well-integrated with a soft, lightly bready malt base. The finish is off-dry to slightly sweet, lingering with fruity hop oils and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, soft texture. Medium carbonation. A subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present but masked by the fruitiness. Devoid of astringency or raw starch.

Gusto: El sabor a lúpulo, que recuerda a zumos tropicales está acompañado por un amargor bajo bien balanceado con las maltas. El acabado da una sensación de dulzor que enmascara la suave tibieza del alcohol. Tiene un cuerpo medio y una carbonatación media. Marida muy bien con mariscos, sopas especiadas y arroces de pescado .
