Celebrating a decade of brewing, B&B Gloria X Aniversario is a vibrant Cold IPA that balances power with extreme drinkability. Fermented with lager yeast for a pristine, ester-free profile, this celebratory ale showcases a heavy 15g/l dry hop of El Dorado and Idaho 7, yielding intense citrus and tropical fruit notes. The inclusion of JSendra rice from the Albufera de Valencia D.O. ensures a remarkably dry, crisp body that masks the 7.3% ABV. With its firm bitterness and lean malt structure, it offers a modern, high-impact sensory experience that resonates like a live unplugged performance.

Appearance. Light straw to pale gold (3-4 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a tall, persistent snowy-white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High-intensity hop aroma featuring bright notes of pineapple, lemon zest, and mango from the El Dorado and Idaho 7 hops. Very clean fermentation profile with no yeast-derived esters. Low grainy malt character is present but secondary to the tropical fruit.

Taste. A crisp, dry initial impression leads into assertive citrus and stone fruit flavors. The hop bitterness is firm and clean, supported by a neutral malt backbone. The use of JSendra rice drives the beer to a bone-dry, refreshing finish with a lingering, pleasant bitterness and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a snappy, crisp texture. Carbonation is moderately high, accentuating the dry finish. Noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth provides a clean lift without being hot or heavy.
