B&B Craft Beer

This English IPA presents a refreshing bridge between traditional structure and modern aromatics. Brewed with three barley malts and a global blend of six hops, it showcases a prominent sensory profile driven by Cascade and Mosaic. The bouquet is defined by a vivid interplay of floral notes and citrus fruitiness, which transitions into a palate where hop bitterness leads without overshadowing the supportive bready malt backbone. Utilizing a double dry-hopping technique, the beer achieves high aromatic intensity while maintaining a crisp, medium body. It concludes with a characteristically dry finish and a lingering, clean bitterness that honors its colonial-style roots.

Appearance. Luminous gold color with a persistent, dense white head and moderate lacing. The clarity is generally good, though the double dry-hopping process may contribute a very slight, hazy shimmer.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity. The aroma is led by floral and citrus-orange hop notes from the use of Cascade and Mosaic. A secondary layer of bready, biscuity malt provides a solid foundation. Low fruity esters are present, but fermentation is largely clean.

Taste. Immediate hop-forward entry with flavors of orange zest and wildflower. Hop bitterness is moderate and firm, supported by a medium-low bready malt flavor. The balance leans toward the hops, leading to a medium-dry finish with a lingering but smooth bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, well-rounded texture. Carbonation is moderate to medium-high, enhancing the dry finish. No significant alcohol warmth or hop-derived astringency is perceived.
