Sin filtrar ni pasteurizar, generando el gas carbónico y la fermentación alcohólica con la levadura en la botella, sin adicionar ningún conservante artificial, conservando todas sus vitaminas y nutrientes.Nuestras instalaciones se encuentran en la ciudad de Albacete, tierra de cebadas y maltas de gran calidad, con maquinaria española, elaborada y fabricada en Orense. Contamos con el gran maestro cervecero Jose Luis Rodriguez, conocido como "Azor Manchego", autor de nuestras recetas y poseedor de varios premios nacionales.
