Todo partió unos años atrás cuando Rodrigo y Christian eran compañeros de trabajo en una tienda de vinos Premium, y notaron que, mucho público que asistía a esta tienda, también iba en búsqueda de cervezas artesanales. Gracias al conocimiento sobre estilos de cerveza que habían adquirido en las clases impartida por Felipe Pizarro, en la escuela de sommelier, fue que pensaron su primer emprendimiento, una tienda especializada en cervezas (inexistente en ese momento), como a tantos, la falta de recursos se los impidió.A pesar de esto el tema de la cerveza artesanal siguió dando vueltas en la cabeza de ambos,decidieron estudiar, y así aprender los pasos y dificultades de la fabricación de cerveza. Arrendaron espacios en mini cervecerías, y elaboraron los primeros batch. Ya con más conocimiento y confianza postulan a un capital semilla adquiriendo sus primeros equipos de 50 Litros. Esto les da la oportunidad de probar nuevas fórmulas y materias primas y elaborar las primeras cervezas con identidad propia que podían ser vendidas en tiendas y restaurantes.
Esta primera etapa fue de experimentación y perfeccionamiento hasta lograr la formula actual. En Junio del 2015 se integra Eduardo dando un impulso en la administración y la gestión del negocio, así como un apoyo financiero para poder aumentar la capacidad productiva, de 200 a 1.500 litros mes.
