Appearance. Brilliantly clear, deep ruby red to garnet. Pours with a thick, creamy, pale pink to tan-colored head that exhibits excellent retention and leaves fine lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity aroma dominated by fresh and jammy sour cherries. Secondary layers reveal rich Dubbel characteristics of toasted bread, caramel, and dark dried fruits like raisins.
