Sentori olfattivi: prevale il dolce con note agrumate e fruttate, caramello, canditi, liquore al cioccolato, liquirizia, miele, vaniglia, pan di zenzero, spezie da lievito (coriandolo, chiodi di garofano, noce moscata e cannella) e toni vinosi (vino di porto), Calvados, Rhum e Cognac.
Corpo e gusto: molto alcolica, mediamente carbonata, anche il gusto riprende con decisione i sentori olfattivi restando prevalentemente dolce.

In de tijd tussen 1769 en 1931 heeft dit bedrijf heel wat moeilijke tijden gehad, zo is het in bezit geweest van de troepen van Napoleon. Iedere keer heeft de familie Dubuisson het weer op gepakt en zijn doorgegaan. In 1933 brouwt Alfred Dubuisson een top Belgisch bier welke op Engelse traditie is gemaakt. Hij noemde het Bush Beer, het recept van dat bier is al 75 jaar hetzelfde. Tot op de dag van vandaag is de brouwerij erg populair gebleven.
