Encisats per les cerveses belgues artesanes i per Barcelona, hem iniciat un viatge per unir les nostres dues passions. Es tracta d’un brewpub on produïm cerveses belgues i, al mateix temps, es pot venir a degustar-les.
El brewpub està situat al cor del barri de Sant Antoni, al carrer Parlament 45. Inspirant-nos en l’estil de les vermuteries de Barcelona de tota la vida i, conservant l’essència del propi local, oferim un ’beermut’ per maridar amb les nostres cerveses.
Dins el mateix local i tenim la brewery, que es pot veure des de la zona de bar. Disposem de quatre fermentadors amb els quals fem doble elaboració. A més, seguint la tradició belga, tenim una embotelladora que ens permet fer la segona fermentació de la cervesa directament a l’ampolla.
Les nostres cerveses són modernes d’estil belga amb un toc català. La sèrie Moreneta es compon d’una rossa (guanyadora de la Medalla d’Or al Brussels Beer Challenge 2014 i al Concurso Internacional de Cervezas Artesanas 2015), una blanca i una bruna (guanyadora de la medalla d’or al Brussels Beer Challenge 2016, bronze al Barcelona Beer Challenge de 2015 i de 2016). A part de les nostres Morenetes, tenim una canya ben fresca: la Pils Parlament.
