This Belgian IPA pays homage to surrealism by blending traditional Belgian malts with modern hop character. The sensory experience is defined by the dry-hopping of Hüll Melon hops, which impart distinctive notes of ripe honeydew melon and delicate strawberry. These fruity layers are supported by a clean, bready malt backbone and the characteristic spicy esters of a Belgian yeast strain. Despite its fruit-forward profile, the beer maintains a classic hop-forward balance with a firm bitterness. It concludes with a remarkably crisp and dry finish, ensuring high drinkability while honoring the complex ester profile synonymous with Belgian brewing traditions.

Appearance. Deep golden to amber (6–12 SRM); persistent, creamy off-white head with excellent lacing; clear to a very slight haze.

Aroma. High intensity; prominent bouquet of sweet strawberry and honeydew melon from Hüll Melon hops; secondary notes of spicy clove and fruity pear esters; low bready malt sweetness in the background.

Taste. Initial fruity impression of ripe berries and melon; moderate spicy yeast phenols; medium-high bitterness that is firm but smooth; light bready and honey-like malt flavors; very dry, clean, and crisp finish with a lingering fruity hop aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body; moderate to high carbonation providing a lively, spritzy sensation; very light alcohol warmth; smooth texture without astringency.
