This German Pils offers a refined, Mediterranean-influenced take on the traditional style, characterized by its remarkably fresh profile. The aroma leads with moderately-high floral and herbal hop notes, grounded by a grainy-sweet malt base that features a unique doughy softness from the addition of wheat. On the palate, the initial 'suave' malt impression is quickly balanced by a firm, crisp bitterness, typical of the style but rounded by the wheat's smooth texture. Its finish is clean and very dry, making this 5% lager exceptionally refreshing while maintaining a complex interplay between traditional noble-type hops and a supportive, bready malt backbone.

Appearance. Straw to pale gold in color (3 SRM). Brilliantly clear with a thick, creamy, long-lasting white head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.
