As often with the German Weizen, this beer has a nice light blond robe topped by an abundant white head. The nose is classic with aromas of banana and slight hints of spices. The mouth is light and puts forward very nice flavours of banana and wheat. The fine bitter finish makes this beer very pleasant and perfect for the return of the beautiful days!
This Ayinger Bräu-Weisse could be considered as a perfect example of the German Hefeweizen style, just as the Schneider Original!
