No two bottlings are alike, as there are multiple variables in the blending process, a variety of barrel sizes and shapes, differences in aged lambic proportions, etc. This cuvee, like all of our lambic, is 100% natural, authentic, spontaneously fermented, and crafted with steadfast adherence to tradition, like Armand and Gaston Debelder have always done it.
This geuze has fermented in the bottle and will continue to develop its tastes and aromas over its long life when properly cellared. Traditional Lambic is living, cultural heritage rooted in the Zenne valley! Taste, savour, enjoy, and experience this unfiltered, unpasteurised, and unadulterated beer with friends new and old!
This Cuvée Armand & Gaston was blended with lambik from 8 different barrels and no less than 10 different brews. Some of our own harvested summer 2019 honey was added to this blend. The oldest lambik was brewed at the end of 2016. One of the lambikken was brewed with fresh Coigneau hops, a local “lambik” variety. This blend has aged for over a year at the time of this release.

Daarom is de gewogen gemiddelde leeftijd van deze blend bij botteling meer dan 26 maanden. We gebruikten lambieken van drie verschillende vaten en vijf verschillende brouwsels.
