This session sour leads with an invigorating, zesty citrus profile driven by the addition of fresh lime juice and zest, which provides a sharp, clean acidity. This tartness is expertly balanced by the succulent, soft sweetness of juicy melon, creating a layered fruit character that avoids being overly sharp. The fermentation profile is tangy and crisp, characteristic of a modern sour, while remaining light and exceptionally drinkable. The result is a highly effervescent, fruit-forward ale that emphasizes brightness and refreshment.
Appearance. Pours a pale, hazy straw color with a subtle greenish-yellow tint. It supports a frothy, white head with moderate to low retention, typical of acidic styles, leaving light lacing on the glass.
