Underlying piney resins from Cascade and Crystal provide a classic Pacific Northwest backbone. Despite the modest alcohol, the presence of Vienna and Light Crystal malts offers a subtle, toasty foundation that supports the assertive, lupulin-driven bitterness. It finishes remarkably clean and dry, showcasing the bright, floral essence of Sterling and Ahtanum hops in a crisp, refreshing format.
