This sessionable American IPA delivers an intense sensory experience through innovative hop bursting. The aromatic profile is dominated by a complex blend of Citra and Mosaic, yielding vivid notes of tropical fruit and citrus, while El Dorado adds layers of stone fruit. Underlying piney resins from Cascade and Crystal provide a classic Pacific Northwest backbone. Despite the modest alcohol, the presence of Vienna and Light Crystal malts offers a subtle, toasty foundation that supports the assertive, lupulin-driven bitterness. It finishes remarkably clean and dry, showcasing the bright, floral essence of Sterling and Ahtanum hops in a crisp, refreshing format.

Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a frothy, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a bouquet of mango, passionfruit, and bright citrus zest. Subtle pine, herbal spice, and floral notes. Low, clean, bready malt background with a hint of toasted grain.

Taste. Immediate impact of tropical fruit and resinous pine. Very high hop flavor mirroring the aroma. Medium-high bitterness is firm but smooth and well-integrated. Low malt sweetness with faint caramel and biscuit notes. Finishes very dry and crisp with a lingering hoppy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with a crisp, refreshing texture. Moderate to high carbonation. Very low alcohol warmth. No astringency or harshness despite the high hop load.

In den USA schon lange eine feste Größe, können auch wir uns jetzt an der Hopfenobsession der Brauer dieses Craft Beer erfreuen. Das Hopfenaroma ist unglaublich: Intensive Pfirsich-, Zitronen und Melonenaromen dominieren auf die bestmögliche Weise. Dabei werden sie von grade genug Malz perfekt ausbalanciert, um den Geschmack ausgewogen zu halten.
Mit einem Unmaß an Bitterkeit und seiner fruchtig-herben Geschmacksnote ist das "Go To IPA" ein India Pale Ale, das auch beim zweiten oder dritten Glas einen sensationellen Hopfencharakter offenbart. Beim Brauen wird das sogenannte hop-bursting angewandt, wobei durch eine sehr späte Hinzugabe von Hopfen die meiste oder alle Bitterkeit im Bier entsteht. Das Ergebnis ist ein wundervoll aromatisches Bier mit einer ausgereiften Bitternote.
