Vibrant, tart green apples lead the sensory charge, immediately countered by the rich, tropical sweetness of ripe banana. This pairing creates a nostalgic, candy-like complexity supported by a luscious, velvety backbone reminiscent of vanilla bean ice cream. While the base offers a crisp lactic acidity characteristic of wild fermentations, the dense fruit purée ensures a dessert-like experience.
