Buscando mejorar y perfeccionar sus recetas, se dieron cuenta de que necesitaban un sistema de producción más grande, con temperaturas de fermentación controladas, y una línea de envasado profesional para llevar su proyecto al siguiente nivel. Tras numerosos planes de negocios, esquemas y estrategias, decidieron convertirse en cerveceros nómadas; esto significaba alquilar espacio para la elaboración de cerveza en otras cerveceras. En 2016, se registra la compañía Jakobsland Brewers para comenzar a producir a mayor escala. En seguida sus cervezas fueron reconocidas ganando premios en importantes certámenes. En 2017, Jakobsland se convierte en una de las mejores cerveceras debutantes según blogueros y revistas especializadas, y se posiciona desde entonces entre las 10 mejores cerveceras independientes españolas calificadas en Untapped. Tras establecer grandes lazos con numerosas cerveceras donde Jakobsland Brewers ha elaborado sus recetas a lo largo de los años, hoy son cerveceros residentes en Arriaca.

PS: Jakobsland Brewers toma su nombre de los años de las invasiones vikingas a Galicia, en el siglo XI. Fuentes escandinavas del siglo XII narran aquellos tiempos en sus sagas, haciendo referencia a Jakobsland, tierra de Santiago, cuando relata las expediciones vikingas en tierras gallegas.
