This Imperial Baltic Porter offers a decadent sensory journey, celebrating complexity with a deep foundation of Munich, Caramel, and Carafa malts. The aroma is dominated by rich molasses, toffee, and a distinct organic vanilla sweetness, layered over deep cocoa. On the palate, the beer is remarkably smooth, revealing a tapestry of dark chocolate and subtle tobacco notes. The 11% ABV provides a significant, well-integrated warmth that carries the luscious flavors of dark fruit and creamy vanilla through a long, luxurious finish. Appearance. Opaque dark brown with deep mahogany highlights; topped by a thick, persistent, creamy tan head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity; rich Munich malt provides a deep toasty base, complemented by heavy notes of organic vanilla, pure cocoa, and dark molasses. Ester-driven scents of prunes and raisins intermingle with a light vinous alcohol character and a faint hint of tobacco.

Taste. Initial rich malt sweetness featuring toffee and caramel; the mid-palate introduces intense dark chocolate from the cocoa and Carafa malts, supported by a smooth, non-burnt roasted character. Vanilla adds a creamy layer of complexity alongside molasses and a subtle earthy tobacco note. Bitterness is medium-low, balancing the residual sweetness.
