This refreshing Witbier offers a bright, Mediterranean twist on the traditional Belgian style. Appearance. Very pale straw with a characteristic milky, whitish-yellow haze from the wheat and yeast. It is crowned by a dense, white, moussy head with persistent retention and light lacing.
