This Wild Specialty Beer is a vibrant, unconventional sensory journey. Dominated by a lush infusion of raspberry puree, it offers a striking juxtaposition of bright red fruit and earthy roasted coffee. The grain bill, featuring Extra pale malt, Oat malt, and Wheat malt, provides a soft, bready foundation. Fermented with Philly Sour yeast, it delivers a sharp, clean lactic acidity that cuts through the creamy, dessert-like texture of ice cream powder. Appearance. Opaque, deep ruby-red to magenta hue; features a thick, pink-tinted head with moderate retention and fine lacing.

That’s definitely a thing. 100% A dense, sweet and sour smoothie beast, using abnormal amounts of raspberry purée, with vanilla and coffee ice cream powder dripping on top, and then more vanilla bean and cold brewed coffee added to the equation. So, give it a quick chill, give the can a thorough roll, and pour it gently. Oh, and it’s vegan.
