À l’origine de Fauve, c’est nous : Cyprien et Antoine, 2 potes de longue date. On s’est retrouvé autour d’une passion commune : l’amour de la bière craft. On crée des bières surprenantes et audacieuses, qui sortent des sentiers battus pour proposer à chaque fois une expérience gustative qu’on espère cool. On veut vous faire découvrir toute la diversité de la bière et créer une émotion à chaque gorgée. Et si vous venez nous voir au brewpub, on espère le faire en toute simplicité et dans une ambiance fun et décomplexée !
