La Dunkel d'Erdinger a vu le jour en 1989, lorsque les brasseurs ont créés une bière de blé noir comme cadeau d'anniversaire pour le propriétaire de la brasserie. Il a tellement aimé qu'il l'a mise sur le marché l'année suivante !
Puissante et sombre, cette bière blanche est exceptionnellement harmonieuse.
Dès la première gorgée, on découvre une harmonie de malts de blé et d'orge bruns soigneusement sélectionnés. Avec leurs nobles arômes de torréfaction, ils confèrent à cette bière blanche son caractère fort. La pétillance vive enveloppe la langue, tandis que la levure traditionnelle et unique de la Brasserie Erdinger apporte sa touche de haute fermentation.
Qu'est-ce qui rend cette bière corsée si délicieusement gouleyante ? C'est l'équilibre des notes maltées avec leur touche de douceur et une finale agréablement rafraîchissante, qui résonne longtemps en bouche.
Les amateurs d'arômes puissants vont définitivement apprécier la bière Erdinger Dunkel. Sa maturation noble bavaroise en fait une bière de plaisir parfaite. Notes de dégustation Robe : profonde, sombre et brillante, mousse crémeuse. Nez : arômes de torréfaction, chocolat noir, avec en arrière-plan des arômes légèrement fruités (prune) Bouche : structurée par le malt, avec des notes de pain de campagne frais ; Un goût discret de noix apporte une fine amertume, le tout est équilibré entre douceur légère et fraîcheur agréable. Exceptionnellement harmonieuse, corsée, gouleyante, cette bière blanche offre une fin de bouche rafraîchissante.
