Erdinger Dunkel is a quintessential Dunkles Weissbier, showcasing a mahogany depth and a sophisticated interplay of malt and yeast. Brewed with Hallertauer hops and a blend of dark wheat and barley malts, it delivers a rich sensory experience. The aroma is defined by classic weizen yeast esters—specifically banana and clove—layered over deep notes of toasted bread, caramel, and a hint of walnut.
