C’est par ici : Nous proposons une gamme permanente disponible tout au long de l’année composée d’une bière de blé dite « blanche »: la Wheat Ale, d’une bière de couleur blonde : l’American Pale Ale, d’une autre bière blonde : l’IPA, d’une bière ambrée : la Rye Amber Ale et d’une bière brune : l’Imperial Stout Une gamme éphémère qui évolue chaque mois. Vous y trouverez des bières originales et disponibles jusqu’à épuisement des stocks. Dans cette gamme nous nous amusons et nous nous efforçons à régaler vos papilles. Des bières houblonnées, des bières fruitées, des bières acides, il y en a pour tous les goûts.La gamme Brett Series, des bières ensemencées avec des souches de levures de type Brettanomyces et vieillies en fût de vins rouge principalement. Nos vieillissements peuvent aller de 6 à 21 mois d’élevage et bientôt plus. Ces bières ont un profil atypique, certaines sont acides. Nous retrouvons des notes fermières, funky et très fruitées. Un produit à découvrir sans plus attendre !
