This organic Hazy IPA presents a vibrant tapestry of tropical and citrus notes, driven by a lush hop blend of Mosaic, Idaho7, Ekuanot, and Chinook. The aroma is dominated by ripe mango, pineapple, and zesty grapefruit, supported by a soft, bready foundation of Pilsen and Vienna malts. The addition of Avoine provides a characteristic silky texture, enhancing the juicy impression without excessive sweetness. Clean fermentation from the New-E yeast adds subtle stone fruit esters that meld seamlessly with the hop profile. It concludes with a restrained bitterness and a smooth, refreshing finish that highlights its balanced, modern hop-forward identity.

Appearance. Straw to light gold (4-5 SRM) with a dense, meringue-like white head that shows high retention. The beer is opaque with a consistent haze, providing a soft glow without any visible yeast or hop sediment.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with dominant notes of mango, pineapple, and lime zest. A supportive background of bready, grainy malt is present, alongside moderate fruity esters of peach and apricot. No caramel, toast, or buttery notes are present.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor mirroring the aroma with layers of tropical fruit, berry, and citrus. The malt flavor is low, suggesting clean dough and light grain. Perceived bitterness is low-to-moderate, perfectly balanced against a soft, medium finish. The aftertaste is clean and fruit-forward without any harshness or resinous bite.
