Nacque così nel 1876, il più prestigioso gruppo birrario di Spagna: “Fabrica de Cerveza Damm”. Il suo successore, Joseph Damm, sviluppò l’azienda introducendo sia la Bock che la Pilsen da cui, nel 1921 nacque Estrella Dorada, che più tardi prese il nome attuale di Estrella Damm e divenne rapidamente il prodotto di punta dell’azienda.
Damm Inedit è una birra di tipo Blanche che, fin dalla sua nascita, ha ottenuto un grande successo in molti paesi sia da parte dei consumatori che degli esperti che le hanno attribuito in tutto il mondo premi e riconoscimenti.
Al naso possiede un aroma di agrumi, note dolci e speziate di pepe e noce moscata. Al palato ha un gusto dolce con note acide ed un’elegante pastosità.
Creata per accompagnare piatti anche di difficile abbinamento: branzini, orate, moscardini, granseola, formaggi come la robiola, insalate come borragine e cerfoglio. Ideale con pizza alle verdure, mozzarella di bufala e ricotta.
Si raccomanda di servire Inedit raffreddando la bottiglia in un secchiello per il ghiaccio e di versarla in bicchieri da vino bianco, non riempiendoli completamente.

INEDIT wordt gemaakt van twee soorten bier: traditioneel gemout gerstebier en tarwebier.
Dit tarwebier, of witbier, is in de stijl van Witbier, oorspronkelijk afkomstig uit België en wordt gemaakt van ongemoute tarwe.
Door het gebruik van ongemoute tarwe krijgt dit bier meer body en een zachtere, vollere smaak.
Inedit werd in 2008 opgericht door de meesterbrouwers van Damm, Ferran Adrià en het team van sommeliers bij elBulli.
Het is speciaal gebrouwen om de nieuwe gastronomie, vol contrasten en genuanceerde smaken, te respecteren en er perfect bij te passen.
Proefnotities
De troebelheid en de wat lichtere kleur met ambertonen onderscheiden het van andere bieren. De kleur van de coupage: een mengsel van tarwe en gemoute gerst. De schuimkraag komt elke keer terug als je het inschenkt.
Intens en complex in de neus. De zoete kruiden en fruitige tonen combineren met frisse gistigheid en bloemige sensaties.
De infusie van koriander, zoethout en sinaasappelschil doordringt de indruk op het gehemelte. De subtiele, goed geïntegreerde koolzuur accentueert deze smaken perfect in de mond. Het is romig, zacht en veelzijdig in foodpairing. Lange, aangename afdronk.
Inedit is een bier voor eten
Inedit is gemaakt om te combineren met een breed scala aan culinaire creaties, zelfs de meest ingewikkelde gerechten op basis van citrusvruchten of gerechten met bittere tonen. Fantastisch bij voorgerechten, salades en vette vis, de veelzijdigheid betekent dat het ook kan worden gecombineerd met pittige of zoetzure smaken. Een zeer dynamisch bier dat perfect past bij het hele smaakbereik.
