Inedit was created in 2008 by Ferran Adrià and the team of sommeliers of elBulli with the conviction that a beer capable of accompanying the variety of flavors existing in modern gastronomy was necessary. Known for its corners, hidden coves and small historic towns, on the Costa Brava are some of the best restaurants in the world, and also hosts elBulli, where Inedit was created in 2008. Inedit is a unique beer made with barley malt, wheat, hops, coriander, licorice and orange peel. It is recommended to serve in a glass of white wine, and not fill more than half of the glass, to better appreciate its intensity and aromatic complexity.
TASTING NOTES: high intensity and aromatic complexity, with a slightly cloudy appearance. Very fruity and floral, with a sensation of fresh yeast and reminiscent of dolces species. Creamy and fresh texture, soft and delicate carbon volume. It has a long postsabor and an affable memory.
