Chimay Dorée è una belgian pale ale che venne prodotta inizialmente per il consumo privato dai monaci di Chimay e ora è a disposizione di tutti.
Al naso offre sentori fruttati (pesca, albicocca e uva) e agrumati (pompelmo). Al palato è fresca e leggera, con note agrumate e speziate di chiodi di garofano e coriandolo. Termina in un finale secco e gradevolmente acidulo, che invoglia a berne ancora.
