Nuestros signos distintivos son la fidelidad a la tradición, la calidad y, sobre todo, el sabor inconfundible de cada una de nuestras cervezas.
En Cervezas Mammooth apostamos por la calidad de nuestras cervezas, para ello utilizamos maltas de primera calidad procedentes de tierras bávaras, los mejores lúpulos en flor, muy frescos y aromáticos, levadura y nuestra inmrjorable agua de manantial surgida de 200m de profundidad, procedente de las cumbres de Sierra Nevada.
Todas nuestras cervezas son de doble fermentación. La fermentación primaria se realiza en tanques de acero inox duarante 8 días. Posteriormente se enbotella pasando 1 mes de guarda en botella, esto hace que el carbónico se origine de forma natural directamente en el envase.
Nuestros envases respetan la tradición y garantizan altos niveles de calidad potenciando un auténtico sabor natural de los productos.
