This refreshing German Pils draws sensory inspiration from the landscapes of Granada, blending a clean Pilsner malt base with vibrant hops from New Zealand and California. The aroma is a complex tapestry of resinous rosemary and zesty orange peel, complemented by the cooling herbal lift of fresh melisa and hierbabuena. On the palate, a crisp, crackery malt foundation supports a firm bitterness that highlights the botanical additions without overshadowing the traditional lager character. The result is a brilliantly clear, aromatic lager that finishes dry and revitalizing, perfectly capturing the essence of the Lecrín Valley and the unique botanicals of the Padul lagoon.
Appearance. Straw to deep yellow (SRM 2–4). Brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy, long-lasting white head and excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderately high intensity featuring forward herbal and citrus hop notes. Grainy-sweet, cracker-like malt is present, but the profile is dominated by botanical layers of resinous rosemary, fresh lemon balm, bright orange zest, and a hint of cool peppermint. Clean fermentation profile with no esters.
Taste. Initial grainy malt sweetness is quickly overtaken by a firm hop bitterness and complex botanical flavors. Notes of rosemary and orange peel are prominent, supported by a refreshing minty undertone from the hierbabuena. The balance is decidedly bitter and crisp. Finishes very dry with a lingering herbal and hop-driven aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate to high carbonation. Crisp and refreshing texture with no harshness or astringency. Alcohol presence is negligible.
