Nel bicchiere si presenta di colore giallo dorato carico tendente all’arancio, leggermente velato e con una schiuma bianca esile ma fine, tipica dello stile. Al naso è un concentrato di frutta a nocciolo: albicocca matura, note di agrumi, uva bianca e fiori gialli, con il carattere “funky” del lambic (cantina, cuoio, legno, lieve acidità acetica) che ne esalta la complessità.
In bocca è secca e tagliente, con acidità vivace ma elegante che ricorda yogurt e agrumi, avvolta da un’intensa componente fruttata di albicocca, pesca e scorza di limone, con sfumature minerali e tanniche date dai noccioli e un lungo finale asciutto, agrumato e irresistibilmente pulito. Birra di culto a produzione limitata e considerata tra i fruit lambic più iconici al mondo, spesso citata nelle classifiche delle migliori birre di Bruxelles.
