Puisque vous souhaitez vous rendre au Musée bruxellois de la Gueuze, nous vous proposons une promenade dans le Bruxelles d’hier et d’aujourd’hui qui mènera vos pas aux portes du Musée et de la Brasserie Cantillon qui l’abrite ! Cette promenade se fait en toute autonomie et ne fait pas partie de la visite guidée de la brasserie Cantillon.
Poussez donc la porte du 56 rue Gheude.
Cantillon ? C’est la machine à remonter le temps. Vous quittez la civilisation moderne, adieu le bruit, adieu le monde.
"Mais où sommes-nous", vous direz-vous ? Tout simplement dans une brasserie familiale où l’on brasse le Lambic et où rien n’a changé depuis 1900, année de création de la Brasserie Cantillon. La famille Van Roy-Cantillon vous accueille et vous invite à découvrir un patrimoine fabuleux. Bières, outils, machines et procédé de fabrication sont d’époque.
Des cuves en cuivre rouge, des tonneaux parfois plus que centenaires et des remparts de bouteilles plantent le décor de votre visite. Peut-être aurez-vous la chance de voir brasser ou d’assister à une mise en bouteille. Peut-être verrez-vous le nettoyage des tonneaux ou, en été, assisterez-vous à la préparation des bières à fruit.
A coup sûr, vous profiterez de la dégustation d’une authentique Gueuze-Lambic de tradition, et si vous voulez en savoir un peu plus sur les autres Kriek et Framboise, interpellez donc le Maître-Brasseur car c’est un sujet qu’il adore.

"¿Dónde estamos?" Te preguntarás a tí mismo.
Bueno, estás en una cervecera familiar donde las Lambic, Gueuze, Faro y Kriek se elaboran y donde nada ha cambiado desde que se fundara en 1900. La familia Van Roy-Cantillon te da la bienvenida y te invita a descubrir un mundo maravilloso. Las cervezas, las herramientas y los procesos de elaboración siguen siendo los mismos que en un principio.
Contenedores de cobre, barricas, algunas de ellas con más de 100 años de edad, y paredes de botellas constituyen el escenario de la visita.
Quizás al visitarnos tengas suerte de ver el momento de elaboración o de embotellado, quizás veas como se limpian las barricas o como se elaboran las cervezas de frutas en verano.
De todas formas, podrás probar una Gueuze-Lambic auténtica y tradicional y si quieres saber más de las Kriek o las Framboise, simplemente preguntale al cervecero. Podemos hablar sobre sus cervezas durante horas...
