Nel mediu los montes d’Asturies, naz Bayura. Failo al pie mesmu del castru celta de Peña Tayá, llugar de lleendes y ayalgues, onde se suel dicir; “Peña Tayá, quién te diere cola entrá, que d’oru y plata tas tapá.
Nos años cincuenta del sieglu pasáu alcontróse nesti castru una rueda de molín decorada de dómina prerromana, lo que mos fai asegurar que yá molíen cereal, anque desconocemos si se facía cerveza nesta zona. Esta bebida non solo ta concebida pa los ástures, sinón tamién pa los vascones, llugones, vadinieses, turmogos, carpetanos, layetanos, cosetanos y, inclusive, romanos si ye necesario.
L’agua con que s’ellabora esta cerveza provién del ríu Ayer, que naz a 1.555 metros d’altor nel Puertu Vegará, espaciu hestóricu de batalles y amarraces nel tiempu en que romanos y otros pueblos quixeron terminar con nós, pero nun fueron a ello. Agora la natura ye dueña d’esta, de l’Asturies mas prestosa y enllena d’hestories que vamos contavos en forma de cerveza.
Tienes nes tos manes un cachu de l’Asturies minera, de la borracha y dinamitera. Que Beberche!!.
