The sensory experience is led by a sophisticated dry-hopping blend of Amarillo, Mosaic, and Citra, yielding an aromatic bouquet rich in resinous pine, bright citrus, and tropical fruit. At 7% ABV, it presents a supportive grainy malt character that allows the intense hop bitterness to define the palate. Appearance. Ranging from medium gold to light reddish-amber. Brilliantly clear with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves significant lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring the specific citrus, grapefruit, and floral notes of Amarillo, combined with the tropical fruit and berry nuances of Mosaic, and the intense lime and lychee character of Citra. A low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a neutral base, while very light fermentation esters are present.
