Ayinger Jahrhundert is a quintessential German Helles Exportbier, celebrating a century of brewing tradition with a harmonious balance of malt depth and elegant hop presence. The pour reveals a brilliant golden-yellow hue. Aromatically, it leads with a honey-like sweetness and doughy Pilsner malt character, complemented by a flowery yeast profile and a touch of spicy German hops. On the palate, the beer is initially full-bodied, showcasing the earthy, precious qualities of malted barley.
