Blanche du Hainaut Biologique
This organic Belgian witbier is brewed from a blend of wheat and barley malt that characterise a “white” beer. Its smoothness makes it particularly popular.
In addition to hops, Dupont also add coriander and orange peel to the wort during the boiling process.
This light beer, with its shimmering colour, has a lovely flowery nose (freesia) with notes of spice and citrus (orange). There isn’t much bitterness on the palate, and Blanche du Hainaut is slightly acidic, goes down very easily and is delightfully refreshing.
Drink it chilled as an aperitif or with a light meal. The winning combinations: Blanche du Hainaut with fish in sauce, a range Asian dishes, and sweet and sour sauce!

Chimay Triple - Chimay Blanca - Blanche - White - Cinq Cents
Named Cinq Cents in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, this beer, with its typical golden color, slightly hazy appearance and fine head, is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast.
It was first brewed by the monks of Chimay at Scourmont Abbey in 1966.
Above all it is the fruity notes of muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma.

La cerveza de Triple de Chimay es la más reciente de la abadía y se etiqueta como "Cinq Cents" en la botella de 750 ml. De un color dorado, la cerveza trapense combina el sabor dulce y amargo en un equilibrio poco común.
El aroma de la cerveza que se siente en la boca proviene de los perfumes de los lúpulos: por encima de todo, hay toques frutales de pasas de uva y uvas moscatel, incluso de manzanas maduras.
