Kapittel Watou Prior

Kapittel Prior 9° is een donkerbruin bier van hoge gisting met nagisting in de fles en behoort door zijn volle smaak tot het kruim van de donkere abdijbieren. Bij het proeven neemt men eerst de zachte smaak van geroosterd mout waar, waarna deze overgaat in de complexe toetsen van rozijnen, karamel en de fruitige toets van kruiden.

Kapittel Prior 9° is a dark brown high-fermentation ale with secondary fermentation in the bottle. It is considered the cream of the crop among the dark abbey beers because of its full flavor. When sampling it, you immediately notice the mild flavor of roasted malt, followed by complex notes of raisins, caramel and the fruity note of herbs.

Red My Lips

In April 2016, we created 4 new prototypes (Red, Yellow, Mauve and Green) - all those 4 prototypes were Session ales at 4.7% ABV but all had a lot of punch!

We organized 11 private tastings in the best cafés, restaurants of Brussels, 1 private tasting in Tokyo as well as a great Final Tasting Event gathering over 2,000 beer lovers at Halles St Géry, Brussels!

The Red Prototype was the clear winner and then the community chose the name "Red My lips" to fit with the seducing nature of this beer. The great amount of Hull Melon and Simcoe hops give us notes of red berries and passion fruits while the special malts allow it to have a great body despite the low ABV. Please enjoy with(..t) moderation!

Red My Lips es una Session IPA ligera y refrescante elaborada con lúpulos Hull Melon y Simcoe.

Esta cerveza ha sido elegida entre cuatro prototipos tras numerosas catas por darle un carácter seductor. Servida en copa desvela un color dorado tirando a naranja con una sutil espuma blanca. En nariz revela aromas de melocotón, cítricos, malta y hierbas. En boca se perciben sabores de lúpulo, malta, cítricos, caramelo y galleta. Su cuerpo ligero, textura aceitosa y carbonatación moderada culminan en un final seco y herbáceo.
