Kriek Mariage Parfait is an “Old Style Kriek” of exceptional excellence, brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name. It is unsweetened, unfiltered, unpasteurised and has no artificial flavours, preservatives or colourings added. “Old Style Kriek” or “Oude Kriek” is a protected E.U. appellation. 400 g of wild cherries per litre are fermented together with a strong Lambic of spontaneous fermentation and aged on 6,200 litre oak foeders (large wooden casks) for 6 to 8 months. Kriek Mariage Parfait is naturally clarified and referments in the bottle. After a maturation of 6 months in the bottle it is ready for tasting. The alcohol content of this Lambic beer is 8 % by vol. Kriek Mariage Parfait has a high ageing potential, keep it by preference for more than two years in a cool and dark place.Pour slowly in 2 dry flute glasses without disturbing the yeast sediment in the bottle and enjoy this epitome of traditional Lambic brewing.

Kriek Mariage Parfait es una cerveza Kriek añeja elaborada con Lambic de 18 meses de crianza, a la que se añaden 400 gramos de cerezas silvestres frescas por cada litro. Las cerezas se dejan macerar y fermentar con la Lambic. Posteriormente, la Kriek Lambic se deja madurar en barricas de roble durante unos 6 a 8 meses.
Tras el embotellado, el Kriek Mariage Parfait se deja pasar suficiente tiempo para una segunda fermentación en botella que lo convertirá en un auténtico Oude Kriek . Si es posible, guarde la botella en una bodega fresca y oscura durante dos años más para que sea aún más suave y afrutado.

Kriek Mariage Parfait — традиционный, несладкий, нефильтрованный фруктовый Ламбик, изготавливаемый по старинному рецепту. При варке пива на каждый литр молодого ламбика добавляют 400 грамм свежей дикой вишни. После созревания в дубовых бочках в течение 6-8 месяцев пиво проходит естественное очищение и разливается в бутылки, где происходит вторичное брожение, занимающее полгода. Пить пиво рекомендуется в тюльпанообразном бокале, аккуратно наливая напиток из бутылки без дрожжевого осадка.

Франк с детства был связан с пивоварением: его предки по линии бабушки были пивоварами, а дядя, Дольф Ван Каппеллен, варил пиво в небольшом городке Мертхем. Приобретя пивоварню, Франк приступил к ее реконструкции. На заводе не было центрального отопления, электричество было только в некоторых помещениях, оборудование устарело. С началом активного производства возник вопрос дистрибуции готовой продукции. В 1990 году Франк Бон заключил соглашение с пивоварней PALM, по условиям которой пивоварня ПАЛМ обеспечивала дистрибуцию продукции пивоварни Boon в обмен на 50% акций Boon.
В 2012 году было завершено строительство нового здания для производства пива. Его официальное открытие состоялось в апреле 2013 г. Kriek Mariage Parfait is an Old Style Kriek of exceptional excellence. 400g of wild cherries per litre are fermented together with a strong Lambic of spontaneous fermentation and aged on 6,200 litre oak foudres (large wooden casks) for 5 to 6 months. Kriek Mariage Parfait is naturally clarified and referments in the bottle. It is unsweetened, unfiltered, unpasteurised and has no artificial flavours, preservatives or colourings added. Brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name. Pour slowly in a flute glass without disturbing the yeast sediment in the bottle and enjoy this epitome of traditional Lambic brewing.
LAMBIC STYLE - FRUIT
Lambics are wheat beers made with stale hops and fermented with wild yeasts and other microorganisms, traditionally only on the Senne Valley in and around Brussels. The most traditional of the fruit lambics are kriek (cherry) and framboise (raspberry). In modern times, peaches (peche), blackcurrants (cassis), grapes, as well as more exotic fruits are used. Traditional lambics are commonly denoted by the term "oud", which is a reference to "old-style", and these are the most sour. More commonly, though, lambics are sweetened to cut the intense acidity. Serve with sharp cheeses or pickled dishes, or use in the preparation of mussels.
