С началом активного производства возник вопрос дистрибуции готовой продукции. В 1990 году Франк Бон заключил соглашение с пивоварней PALM, по условиям которой пивоварня ПАЛМ обеспечивала дистрибуцию продукции пивоварни Boon в обмен на 50% акций Boon.

В 2012 году было завершено строительство нового здания для производства пива. Его официальное открытие состоялось в апреле 2013 г. Kriek Boon Mariage Parfait consists of 1 year-old heavy lambic flavoured with overripe cherries, 400 grams per litre. Longer aging in small oak barrels gives it its special flavour. The lambic is bottled and stored in an air-conditioned room for six months of secondary fermentation. Kriek Mariage Parfait has an alcohol volume of 8%. It keeps for a minimum 20 years, and is ready to drink after about 2 years in the bottle. This is perfection in kriek beers. Try it and admit that it surpasses the best wine. The casks give this beer its fine oaky flavour with hints of vanilla and cloves. It boasts a wide mouth with a warm body and roundness reminiscent of dried cherries and wild tastes. This is soft mildness personified.

Kriek Mariage Parfait has a clear deep reddish color lambic with a nice large pink head with good retention and some lacing.
Aroma: Tart cherry notes with some mild lambic funk, winy, well supported by its alcohol content.
Taste: dominated by loads of fresh tart cherry notes with some mild barnyard and some vanilla notes, balanced against a backdrop of musky roasted oak. Body is full with good carbonation.

Kriek Mariage Parfait is an “Old Style Kriek” of exceptional excellence, brewed in Lembeek, the village that gave Lambic its name. It is unsweetened, unfiltered, unpasteurised and has no artificial flavours, preservatives or colourings added. “Old Style Kriek” or “Oude Kriek” is a protected E.U. appellation. 400 g of wild cherries per litre are fermented together with a strong Lambic of spontaneous fermentation and aged on 6,200 litre oak foeders (large wooden casks) for 6 to 8 months. Kriek Mariage Parfait is naturally clarified and referments in the bottle. After a maturation of 6 months in the bottle it is ready for tasting. The alcohol content of this Lambic beer is 8 % by vol. Kriek Mariage Parfait has a high ageing potential, keep it by preference for more than two years in a cool and dark place.Pour slowly in 2 dry flute glasses without disturbing the yeast sediment in the bottle and enjoy this epitome of traditional Lambic brewing.

LAMBIC STYLE - FRUIT

Lambics are wheat beers made with stale hops and fermented with wild yeasts and other microorganisms, traditionally only on the Senne Valley in and around Brussels. The most traditional of the fruit lambics are kriek (cherry) and framboise (raspberry). In modern times, peaches (peche), blackcurrants (cassis), grapes, as well as more exotic fruits are used. Traditional lambics are commonly denoted by the term "oud", which is a reference to "old-style", and these are the most sour. More commonly, though, lambics are sweetened to cut the intense acidity. Serve with sharp cheeses or pickled dishes, or use in the preparation of mussels.

Apuesta por esta combinación de Lambic de alta fermentación y cerezas silvestres frescas, una unión que se le da todo el tiempo necesario para madurar y realizar la segunda fermentación. Descubre esta combinación única de cerveza Kriek con un sabor intenso, a vino, y un color rojo intenso.

Kriek Mariage Parfait es una cerveza Kriek añeja elaborada con Lambic de 18 meses de crianza, a la que se añaden 400 gramos de cerezas silvestres frescas por cada litro. Las cerezas se dejan macerar y fermentar con la Lambic. Posteriormente, la Kriek Lambic se deja madurar en barricas de roble durante unos 6 a 8 meses.

Tras el embotellado, el Kriek Mariage Parfait se deja pasar suficiente tiempo para una segunda fermentación en botella que lo convertirá en un auténtico Oude Kriek . Si es posible, guarde la botella en una bodega fresca y oscura durante dos años más para que sea aún más suave y afrutado.

El año que figura en la etiqueta del cuello de la botella es el año en que se cosecharon las cerezas.
